RedCuts Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of RedCuts, an automated video creation service provided by Bluepixel Solutions SRL ("Bluepixel", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Șoseaua Virtuții 19d, office A, floor 4, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania, VAT RO37904895. By accessing or using RedCuts, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using RedCuts.
2. Services
RedCuts provides automated video creation services, including but not limited to:
Creation of videos from Reddit content links provided by users.
- Text-to-speech narration of the content.
- Video customization options such as voice, background video, and speed rate adjustments.
- Access to RedCuts is provided via the web, and users are required to create an account using their email address.
3. Content Usage
Users are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for the Reddit content they use with RedCuts. Bluepixel explicitly disclaims any liability for copyright infringement by users. By using RedCuts, users agree to indemnify and hold Bluepixel Solutions SRL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.
4. Credits and Monetization
RedCuts operates on a credit system, where 1 credit equals 1 second of content produced. Users may purchase credits in multiples, such as 300 credits at a time. Users receive a certain amount of free credits upon creating their account. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the RedCuts platform.
5. Refunds Policy
Credits purchased by users are non-refundable, except in cases where RedCuts fails to deliver the promised services or experiences technical issues preventing users from accessing the platform.
In the event of a service failure or technical issue, users may request a refund by contacting our support team using this form within 3 days of the occurrence. Refund requests must include sufficient details and evidence to substantiate the claim.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of RedCuts and may be subject to processing fees or deductions. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Data Privacy and Security
RedCuts collects email addresses for user account creation purposes. Our payment processor collects additional information, including full names, billing addresses, and credit card details. We utilize cookies for analytics and authentication processes, in compliance with GDPR regulations. By using RedCuts, users consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and Indemnification
RedCuts assumes no liability for the accuracy, legality, or quality of the content produced by users. Users agree to indemnify and hold Bluepixel Solutions SRL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.
8. Termination and Suspension
RedCuts reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by RedCuts. In the event of termination or suspension, users shall have no claim against Bluepixel Solutions SRL.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Romania, in accordance with the rules of the Romanian Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
RedCuts reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of RedCuts after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
